2016 Santa Barbara Chardonnay

Premiere Coastal Vineyard in Los Alamos has proven to provide stellar fruit year after year.  The terroir is excellent and the fruit from the vineyard is highly coveted. This Chardonnay expresses an inviting aroma of white fruit blossoms and light citrus precede flavors of Forelle pear, vanilla, and a hint of ginger. Pairs well with seafood and mildly spiced Asian dishes. It is ready to drink now or enjoy after a few years of proper cellaring.
